Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Omnichannel Business Development Intern to support performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce. You will work with the Channel Marketing Performance & Insight Manager to turn data into actionable insights and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with a quantitative or engineering background who are eager to learn how business data is structured and transformed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support omnichannel performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce.
• Extract, structure and validate data from internal BI systems (e.g. SAP Business Objects).
• Contribute to KPI definition and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Build, optimize and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
• Analyze existing reports, identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and cross-functional projects.
