EssilorLuxottica in Milan is offering an Omnichannel Business Development Intern role to support performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce channels. You will extract, structure and validate data from BI systems, contribute to KPI definitions, and help build dashboards with Excel and Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support omnichannel performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce.
• Extract, structure and validate data from internal BI systems (e.g.SAP Business Objects).
• Contribute to KPI definition and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Build, optimize and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (eg.Excel, Power BI).
• Analyse existing reports, identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and cross-functional projects.
