Ably Resources is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer for a major offshore oil & gas development project in Milan. The role focuses on Wellhead Platform (WHP) scope and requires a strong EPC background. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, supporting design and vendor evaluation, and ensuring compliance with specifications. The position offers a long-term contract opportunity with an all-inclusive day rate paid in USD. Candidates should have significant experience in rotating equipment and familiarity with international codes and standards.

Competenze

• Significant experience in oil & gas EPC projects, specifically with WHP/offshore platform scope.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural project environments.

Mansioni

• Provide technical expertise for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, turbines.
• Support design, specification, and vendor evaluation activities.
• Review and approve vendor documentation, datasheets, and drawings.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and design reviews.
• Support procurement, inspection, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
