Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead to drive offshore hook-up and commissioning of Single Point Terminal (SPT) systems, covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and marine disciplines.

The role ensures full installation, commissioning, testing, and readiness for crude or product transfer in line with project specs and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning and executing offshore activities, coordinating PLEM interfaces, pre-commissioning, tests,

Competenze

BSc degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
Proven experience supervising offshore hook-up and commissioning.
Strong English communication and report-writing skills.

Mansioni

Plan and execute offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for SPTs (CALM buoy, turret systems, hoses, PLEMs).
Ensure readiness of mooring, hoses, risers, loading arms, and quick release hooks.
Coordinate interfaces between PLEM, risers, and topside systems.
Conduct pre-commissioning checks, pressure and leak tests, functional tests.
Supervise mechanical completion and ensure safety and operability per specs.
Oversee system energization, safety testing, and integration of SCADA/ESD/FG systems.
Lead commissioning teams, vendors, and subcontractors offshore.
Review documentation: punch lists, redline drawings, dossiers.
Liaise with marine teams for positioning, mooring, and buoy stability.
Ensure PTW compliance and marine safety procedures.
Support offshore start-up and readiness for crude/product loading.
