Bridgestone is seeking a seasoned R&D/Engineering professional to manage PC4 OE Consumer Engineering for Stellantis within the EMEA region. The role requires ownership of engineering activities, strong collaboration with Sales, and clear OEM communications.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and French are a plus. The position emphasizes technical leadership, quality, and sustainability within a global matrix.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in an international R&D/Engineering position.
• Strong track record in R&D/Engineering, ideally Automotive industry.
• Fluent in English; Italian and French recommended.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth account management at Global and Regional levels.
• Obtain clear and precise technical requirements from the OEM and inform centers of project evolution.
• Arrange regular face-to-face meetings with OEMs and report to Top Management.
• Handle Technical and Quality responsibilities from homologation to mass production, support QPRs/PPAP management.
• Manage technical documentation using Data Base and SharePoint with Operations.
• Participate in multiple Cross Functional Teams as OE Engineering representative or OEM voice.
• Lead project management activities to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and product integrity.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage with emerging OEMs and Start-Ups to support long-term plans.
• Act as Sustainability OE function coordinating actions with OEMs.
