Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Curriculum Manager to design, prioritize, and deliver high quality learning curricula for NX practice. You will lead content creation workflows with learning teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and customer success.

This role requires expertise in adult learning, manufacturing knowledge, and strong English communication. Occasional travel is expected and the company supports hybrid work arrangements.

Competenze

• Adult learning formal training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Have technical knowledge of Siemens products.
• Experience using AI for content generation and automation.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Excellent English language skills.

Mansioni

• Perform needs analysis and build architecture for courseware.
• Develop new portfolio and curriculum elements for technical trainings and certifications.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Sponsor Board to align on priorities.
• Perform detailed asset-level inventories.
• Build and develop learning modules, assessments and assets.
• Develop both on-demand and instructor-led curriculum.
• Implement Next Gen curriculum development processes and standards.
• Mentor Learning Consultants on curriculum guidelines and standards.
