ABB in Genova is seeking a Quality Manager to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local unit involved in nuclear projects, with a focus on quality culture, systems, and compliant teams. Hybrid work model and collaboration across engineering, PM, and manufacturing are expected.

You will drive QMS improvements, audits, data analysis, and training to sustain world-class performance while ensuring industry regulations are met. Italian and English communication skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably Nuclear, Automation, or Mechanical.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (nuclear, energy, automation, or process industries).
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within nuclear projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements and regulations.
• Perform qualification tasks, internal audits, and monitor process adherence to identify risks and improvements.
• Analyze quality data and project performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Support customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver quality-related training sessions while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Drive preventive and corrective action plans and ensure effective follow-up within multidisciplinary teams.
