Redline Group is seeking an NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer in Bolzano to lead product industrialisation from design release through ramp-up and into volume production. You will bridge Engineering and Manufacturing, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring processes, MBOMs and work instructions support scalable manufacturing.

Competenze

Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation or NPI environments.
Leads NPI activities from engineering release to production launch.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in box-build or similar.
Manages medium to large engineering or industrialisation projects.
Experience transferring prototypes into serial production.
Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
Exposure to prototype builds, pilot production and ramp-up.
Knowledge of MBOMs, PFMEA, Control Plans and PPAP tools.
Experience coordinating equipment, tooling, automation or CAPEX projects.
PM certification and experience in electronics/e-mobility environments is a plus.

Mansioni

Lead the industrialisation of new and existing products from engineering release through production ramp-up.
Act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing for NPI activities.
Manage interdisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment, Test, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and Operations.
Plan, execute and control industrialisation projects within timelines and budgets.
Coordinate design transfer, prototype builds, pilot production and production ramp-up activities.
Define production processes, manufacturing flows, assembly methods and routes.
Develop MBOMs, production docs and work instructions.
Coordinate PFMEA, Control Plans and production readiness activities.
Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans; manage equipment and CAPEX projects.
Drive process validation, manufacturing trials and continuous improvement during ramp-up.
