Azienda Riservata a Bolzano cerca un NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer per guidare l’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e l’implementazione in produzione.

Ruolo chiave tra Engineering e Manufacturing con responsabilità su tempistiche, costi e mitigazione dei rischi; attività distribuita tra ingegneria, qualità e supply chain.

Competenze

• Esperienza in Manufacturing Engineering o industrialisation / NPI.
• Gestione di progetti medio‑grandi con tempi e budget definiti.
• Conoscenza di strumenti di pianificazione, PFMEA e controllo qualità.

Mansioni

• Guidare l'industrializzazione di nuovi e esistenti prodotti dalla release ingegneristica al ramp‑up della produzione.
• Gestire team interfunzionali tra Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality e Supply Chain.
• Pianificare, eseguire e controllare progetti di industrialisation entro tempi e budget concordati.

An opportunity has arisen for an NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer to join a fast-growing international technology organisation developing innovative high-power charging solutions for the rapidly expanding e-mobility market.

Working within a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment, you will act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing, taking new products and major product changes from design release through prototype build, industrialisation, production readiness and into serial production.

Approximately 70% of the role is focused on manufacturing engineering and industrialisation, with 30% centred on project management and stakeholder coordination. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure products can be manufactured efficiently, reliably and at scale.

This role would suit an experienced NPI Project Manager, Industrialisation Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager, NPI Project Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer with strong project management experience and a hands‑on understanding of manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano):

Lead the industrialisation of new and existing products from engineering release through prototype build, production readiness and volume production Act as the key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing for NPI activities Manage interdisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment, Test, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and Operations Plan, execute and control industrialisation projects within agreed timelines and budgets Coordinate design transfer, prototype builds, pilot production and production ramp‑up activities Define production processes, manufacturing flows, assembly methodologies and production routes Develop and maintain Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs), production documentation and work instructions Coordinate process planning including material flow, PFMEA, Control Plans and production readiness activities Identify manufacturing, process and supply chain risks and coordinate mitigation plans Identify equipment, tooling, automation and test system requirements Support CAPEX justification, equipment installation and commissioning projects Lead process validation, manufacturing trials and production readiness activities Participate in change board meetings and take ownership of major product or process changes Work closely with Development Project Managers throughout the product development lifecycle Drive continuous improvement during product introduction and production ramp‑up

Requirements of the NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer (Bolzano):

Proven experience within a Manufacturing Engineering, Industrialisation Engineering or NPI environment Experience managing NPI activities from engineering release through to production launch Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within an assembly, box‑build or similar environment Experience managing medium to large engineering or industrialisation projects Experience transferring products from prototype into serial production Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations Exposure to prototype build, pilot production and production ramp‑up Experience developing manufacturing processes, production routes and work instructions Understanding of Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) and production planning Experience identifying and mitigating manufacturing and supply chain risks Knowledge of process validation, commissioning and manufacturing readiness Experience coordinating equipment, tooling, automation or CAPEX projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with ERP / MRP and MES systems, xdwybme ideally SAP or similar Strong technical problem‑solving ability with a practical, hands‑on approach

Desirable:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline Experience with Lean Management, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D or similar automotive core tools Experience within medium or high‑volume manufacturing environments Project Management certification such as PMI or IPMA Experience within electronics, power electronics, automotive, e‑mobility or other technology‑led manufacturing environments
