Soilmec SpA in Italy seeks a Sales Manager to drive direct and indirect sales across the assigned region. You will craft commercial policies, develop the budget with Sales Management, and foster strong customer relationships through regular visits.

The role requires a university (technical a plus) degree, 5+ years in industrial machinery, travel willingness, and strong English, with MS Office proficiency. Salary ranges €45,000–€65,000 gross annually under the Metalworking agreement.

Qualifications

• University degree; a technical degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years in industrial machinery or earthmoving sectors.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and international payment methods preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong listening and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage direct and indirect sales in the assigned geographical area.
• Support sales in defining policies and actions to grow the market.
• Develop the sales budget in coordination with Sales Management.
• Monitor customer relationships, visits, and satisfaction.
• Identify new customers and dealers; implement promotions.
• Track invoice status, payments, and sales progress; set credit limits.
• Support product range planning and pricing policies.
• Represent the company at industry trade fairs and prepare travel reports.
