Eutelsat Communications SA in Italy seeks a proactive NOC L1 Controller to monitor networks and ensure service availability worldwide. You will work a rotating 24/7 schedule and support a global customer base with on-call vigilance.

Fluency in English and Italian, along with a solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office, will help you thrive in a fast-paced, multinational team environment.

• Monitor networks and remote terminals, providing support to resolve service disruptions or degradations.
• Communicate with customers via web, email, and phone to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
• Implement routine procedures to ensure system and service performance.
• Escalate unresolved or undocumented issues to senior on-duty Controllers.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedNOC L1 Controller to join our team and play a critical role in monitoring networks and infrastructure. You’ll ensure the availability of connectivity services. This position is key to maintaining service quality and providing technical assistance to our global customer base, working closely with on-duty controllers and international teams.

Who You Are:

You are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment. You have strong communication skills, are fluent in both English and Italian, and are capable of working within a 24/7 operational framework that includes night and weekend shifts. You’re eager to learn, can follow defined procedures, and are ready to support critical connectivity services for customers across the globe.

What You’ll Do:

Where You’ll Work:

This position operates on a rotating 24/7 basis with three shifts per day (8 hours each).
