ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, is seeking a bilingual Onsite Coordinator to work onsite at our client site in Greenwood, IN. This role serves as the liaison between Manpower and the client, ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce operations and regulatory compliance.

The position offers an overnight schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 3pm–12:00am) at $21–$24 per hour with health benefits and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, inclusive team.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and able to learn new software applications.
• History in working in or around a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Flexibility on the nightly schedule depending on business need.
