Reply is shaping next-generation mobile networks in a highly innovative environment. You will design, validate and optimize RAN and Core architectures, support MVNO ecosystems, and drive lifecycle activities from requirements to validation.

The role emphasizes performance analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a strong background in GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G and familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with strong interest in mobile networks.
Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures.
Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.
Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing, and interoperability validation.

Responsibilities

Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs and resolve technical issues.
Troubleshoot and optimize across multiple network domains and elements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts.
