We are looking for talented and curious NEW GRADUATE - R&D ENGINEER (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Management, Electronic, Automation, Control Systems or similar) who are eager to start their professional journey in an international and technology-driven industrial environment, working on solutions for both on-road and off-road applications.

Depending on your background, interests and skills, you will have the opportunity to join one of our R&D teams and contribute to different areas such as Testing, Virtual Validation, Product Solutions, Control Systems and other engineering functions.

From your first steps in the company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience and contribute to real projects, developing both your technical and professional skills.

We are looking for someone who is:

A good command of English, together with familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and digital tools, is required.

Compensation:

• Applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry
• Contractual level range: B1
• Employment category: White-collar employee
• Contract type: Apprenticeship, full-time employment

Compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), together with the provisions of the current company-level collective agreements.

The final contractual classification and corresponding compensation package, should the candidate successfully complete the selection process, will be determined based on the level of seniority and relevant experience already gained in the role.
