Honeywell Connected Enterprise is seeking a security-focused professional based in Italy with strong OT/IT security experience. You will lead projects, design, install, and maintain secure networks while engaging with customers across regions.
The role requires ISO 27001 awareness and CCNA certification, with training toward becoming a security specialist. The position involves office work 50–60% and customer site or region travel 50–60%.

This Position is related to Italy - Brindisi but will also have work outside this region and in other countries like Greek. You will be based in a Honeywell Office for 50% - 60% of your working time, 50% - 60% will be at customers in your region or outside.
Please, note this position could be also based in Milan.
You will be responsible for the project and Spot Jobs in terms of designing, installation, maintenance, optimization, and operation. Also, we expect that you will grow up over time to become a security Specialist and taking care of more complex working tasks.
Assume leadership role in assigned projects insuring project delivered on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer
Keep technically current with the HPS networking and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated network disciplines
Maintain cyber security certifications
Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc.
Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support
Respond to customer inquiries, questions and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner
Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related subject, such as computer science, computer information systems or electronics, alternatively four years of experience in systems engineering of industrial-automation or IT networks
CISCO Certified Network Associated (CCNA) - must be present or currently in the process of being acquired
Linux/Windows Security Basics
More than three years of professional experience in OT or IT security
Excellent Experience with most common Security Software Types like Antivirus, Backup and Monitoring Solutions
Excellent Experience with Security Network Components like Firewalls and Switch/Router ACL
At least five-year work experience within OT or IT networks
Experience in running service tasks at customer sites
Troubleshooting to solve common network and/or application or system integration problems
Experience with Microsoft – Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, Terminal Server
Basic Knowledge about ISO 27001
English and Italian language skills.
Annual gross salary from 44200 EUR and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Grande Industria.
