Honeywell Technologies in Milano is seeking an engineering professional to support building performance across HVAC, security, and automation systems. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, configure software/hardware, and ensure successful service installations and acceptances.

The role requires IT, networking, and building-control fluency with hands-on HVAC knowledge and strong communication skills in a dynamic technical environment.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).
• Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building-automation controls, and standard protocols.
• Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.
• Strong fault-finding skills, communication abilities, and customer-facing professionalism.
• Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments.

• Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI.
• Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s).
• Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time.
• Install EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications (Smart figure).
• Deep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software).
• Be ready on the job site during temporary or final acceptance of Service Jobs and collaborate with local and foreign teams to problem solve and evaluate evolutionary initiatives in terms of applicability and costs.

• Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too


• Prepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s)


• Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time

• Deep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software)


• Be ready on the job site during temporary or final acceptance of Service Jobs ability to carry out teamwork with local and foreign teams to have effective problem solving and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to identify evolutionary initiatives to be evaluated from time to time in terms of applicability and costs


• Predisposition to the understanding of the HVAC and SECURITY field processes to be able to have a knowledge such manage the analytical part of the proposed role.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).


• Hands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems).


• Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols.


• Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.


• Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.


• Strong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism.


• Fluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments.

Annual gross salary from €40000 and applicable NCBA is Contratto collettivo Nazionale Metalmeccanico Grande . Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria . Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
