Job summary

Electrolux Group in Italy is seeking a Negotiation Excellence Manager (Direct Material & Sourced Products) to build an enterprise negotiation engine. You will design methodologies, lead major negotiations, and develop data-driven tools to maximize value across direct materials and sourced products.

This role requires strategic influence and cross‑functional leadership. You will standardize preparation processes, drive benchmarks, and coach teams on cost claims, risk management, and convergence

Qualifications

• Procurement experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Strong negotiation expertise with data-driven skills.
• Experience with RFQs, cost-driver analyses, and parametric bidding.
• Cost breakdown & should-cost modelling capability.
• Market knowledge of raw materials and commodity dynamics.
• Advanced analytics and digital skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Azure).
• Project management experience in global/simultaneous initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Change leadership and training/mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain negotiation frameworks, playbooks, templates, and SOPs.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations in critical categories.
• Develop advanced analytical tools and dashboards with BI/Data teams.
• Coach category managers on preparation, concessions, and closing.
• Align negotiation strategy with finance, engineering, supplier development, and legal.
• Drive post-negotiation reviews and continuous improvements.
