Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking an NDE Operator to conduct nondestructive examinations according to documents from NDE Engineers. You will report to the Quality Control Manager and be located on-site at the Monfalcone site.

The role requires 2+ years of NDE experience, the ability to work three shifts, and Italian/English at least B1. The gross base annual salary ranges from €29,100 to €37,000, with benefits including hybrid work options and more.

About the role:

The primary function for the NDE Operator is to conduct nondestructive examination according to the documents produced by the NDE Engineers.

You will report to Quality Control Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing, using penetrant liquids and X-rays;
• Prepare progress status reports;
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nondestructive examinations in industrial environments or heavy steelworks (min. 2 years);
• Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am;
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).
