Job summary

Centro di Formazione Srl in Monza and Seregno (MB) is seeking a Primary Teacher who is a native English speaker to support students’ academic, linguistic, social and emotional development in an English-speaking learning environment.

The role requires teaching the Primary School curriculum in English, developing annual and term plans, preparing reports and evaluations, and collaborating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, CELTA, TEFL).
• Experience teaching primary students, preferably bilingual or international settings.
• Italian language knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interest in innovative teaching methodologies and international contexts.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Primary School curriculum in English.
• Plan and develop annual and term-based educational programmes, selecting suitable teaching methods.
• Prepare educational documentation, reports and end-of-year evaluations.
• Monitor students' academic and personal development with inclusive approaches.
• Manage parent–teacher meetings and communicate with families on progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on projects, activities and trips.
• Participate in staff meetings, assessments, training, and school activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and the school project.
