Cabella International seeks an English Lead Teacher for primary classes (ages 6–11) at our Sahaja School in Italy. You will deliver native-level English instruction, coach teachers, plan lessons, and support assessment and curriculum development within a British international framework.

You will monitor learning quality, provide feedback to parents, and contribute to accreditation efforts, while fostering a secure, joyful and challenging learning environment.

Competenze

• Applicants should have a teacher’s degree and experience in teaching native English at the primary school level.
• Experience in teacher training and/or coaching is an asset.
• Knowledge of English literature and primary English methods is preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan and teach English lessons to ages 6–11 in a British international curriculum.
• Deliver teacher training and coaching to support staff.
• Monitor and evaluate English learning quality across the school.
• Advise on interventions to accelerate reading and writing progress.
• Oversee English teaching resources and library usage.
• Provide feedback to parents on progress in English and development.
• Support accreditation activities with the management team.
