Job summary

Centro di Formazione Srl is seeking Early Years Teaching and Education Staff to join its Monza campuses for children aged 0–6. You will support linguistic, social and emotional development in a safe, stimulating environment.

You will plan activities, foster bilingual experiences, monitor progress and collaborate with the team. Native Italian is required; English helpful. Permanent full-time contract under ANINSEI CCNL Level 4 – Area II.

Qualifications

• A degree in Primary Education, Education Sciences or a related discipline.
• Native-level proficiency in Italian.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities for children 0–6.
• Foster linguistic, cognitive, emotional and social development through engaging experiences.
• Support daily routines including mealtimes, rest and personal care.
• Collaborate to design bilingual activities and educational programmes.
• Monitor developmental progress and share observations with families.
• Create a positive, safe environment and engage in professional development.
• Participate in pedagogical discussions and training.
