Job summary

Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution in an international context. You will interview, select and engage candidates across channels, working with HR partners and technical teams to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English, German and Italian, and will build strong university partnerships to create a robust talent pool. Hybrid work and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
• Several years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, HR Business Partner or similar in international companies.
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, structured interviews and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with job posting sites and professional networks including LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate and partner communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a holistic recruitment strategy to attract talent for Alpitronic.
• Conducting interviews and selection procedures to hire qualified candidates.
• Identifying and engaging potential candidates via channels including social media, job boards and networks.
• Collaborating with HR partners and technical departments to understand requirements and optimize the process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with universities and educational institutions for a talent pool.
• Conducting employer branding activities to position the company as an attractive employer.
• Analyzing recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes.
