H&M Group is seeking a Facility Manager to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient site operations across the Sales Market portfolio from Milan. You will lead FM activities, manage supplier contracts, and optimize lifecycle value with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in FM, and strong planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This permanent role is based in Milan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Facility Management, construction, real estate, or similar operational environment.
• Proven experience in supplier management, contract management, and FM category management.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, and operational budgeting.
• Experience managing facility operations across multiple sites with quality, compliance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Experience driving supplier performance, contract governance, and service delivery follow-up.
• Knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance processes and risk-based prioritization.
• Experience working with CAFM systems such as Planon and using data for planning and decision-making.
• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate facility management activities across the Sales Market portfolio.
• Own and manage FM categories including technical installations, building maintenance, energy & utilities, cleaning, and shopfitting maintenance.
• Drive supplier sourcing, contract management, and service delivery follow-up for quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor portfolio condition, lifecycle performance, and investment needs to optimize asset value.
• Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance activities are planned, executed, and followed up.
• Manage facility-related budgets, performance reporting, and asset data within global FM systems.
• Drive energy monitoring and efficiency initiatives aligned with sustainability targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction & Facilities, Procurement, and Global FM stakeholders.
