Job summary

Calor Gas Ireland is seeking a Bulk Delivery Driver to deliver LPG, LNG and other fuels to domestic, industrial and commercial customers. The role involves a shift pattern across early morning, day, and afternoon shifts on a 5 over 7 basis, including weekends.

You will conduct safety checks, operate onboard systems, and assist with training and yard duties. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of HGV driving experience, a clean tanker licence, ADR in bulk gases, CPC qualifications and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience.
• Hold a clean valid HGV driving licence appropriate to size of tanker.
• ADR Certificate in bulk gases (Packages and Tanks).
• Driver CPC qualifications and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Up to date CPC modules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre and post shift driver walk around vehicle H&S check.
• Deliver LPG, LNG and other fuel types to domestic, industrial and commercial customers.
• Drive safely and in compliance with highway code.
• Record information using on board computer system.
• Attend training and participate in regular assessments.
• Refuel vehicles following or prior to shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle including cab interior.
• Report accidents, incidents and safety concerns promptly.
• Complete Near Miss reporting as required.
• Produce licences for inspection when requested.
• Maintain and process daily administration and submit at end of shift.
• Follow driver and training manuals.
• Assist with training other drivers as required.
• Work flexible/rotating shifts including early/late starts and weekends.
• Operate all technology in trucks and ensure tachograph compliance.
• Deliver CX excellence embodying Calor's values.
