Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Italy is seeking a Project Leader to coordinate multidisciplinary activities across departments, identify risks, and ensure compliance and timely documentation for project execution. A Master’s degree in a related field and 6 months pharma experience are required, with fluent English and strong communication skills.

The role involves collaboration with Data Science teams and cross-functional calls with customers, while adhering to GMP and quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF or Chemistry.
• At least 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Oral Solid production preferred).
• Good knowledge of GMP and quality/compliance in pharma manufacturing and packaging.
• Basic experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• As Project Leader, coordinate activities with departments involved in project implementation.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Assess business impact, quality, compliance and safety with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with production plans and timely communication to MSAT Supervisors and Global Functions.
• Ensure timely documentation for project execution.
