Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Assistant Scientist for PKG (TD) at the Latina Borgo San Michele plant in the MSAT Department, under a temporary contract. The role focuses on supporting New Product Introduction and Technical Transfer projects within a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will report to the MSAT Senior SPV and coordinate activities with multiple departments, while identifying risks and ensuring quality, compliance and safety across the program.

• The Assistant Scientist is in charge of:- As Project Leader ensure planning and coordination of the activities in collaboration with the various departments involved in the implementation of the projects.
• Proactively identifying risks to define mitigation strategies.
• Assess the business impact, quality, compliance and safety involving stakeholders from other departments.
