Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Latina, Italy, is seeking an MSAT Assistant Scientist to join the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) Department on a 12-month temporary contract. The role focuses on project coordination, cleaning validation, and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive process improvements while supporting regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, CTF, biotechnology or related field.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP compliance and inspection readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning validation projects for NPI, LCM, and base business activities.
• Plan and drive project execution across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Manage change controls and assess impact of new products and process improvements.
• Review validation protocols, reports, risk assessments and project records.
• Support investigations and risk assessments related to manufacturing and validation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and digital solutions.
