Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate – Master Data in Latina to assure data integrity and GMP compliance within the Quality Assurance area. The role requires handling Master Data, approving GMP documents, and acting as QA SME for data integrity across the site.
The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, located in Latina, with collaboration across crossfunctional teams such as New Product Introduction, Tech Transfer, and Validation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, IT)
- Experience of 12 months in pharmaceutical or similar sector
- Excellent English language skills
- Good knowledge of Office package
- Knowledge of MES PAS-X and SAP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Approve production documentation (Master Batch Records and materials master data) ensuring timely, quality output
- Review and govern critical Master Data to meet GMP and quality requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional project teams (NPI, Technology Transfer, Technical Launch) to ensure product launch dates
- Support quality processes including nonconformities, CAPA, and Change Control for assigned projects
- Resolve issues across production units to ensure product quality, safety and efficacy
