Casa Dei Bambini Montessori in Aurora, IL is seeking an Montessori Assistant Teacher to support Toddler and Primary programs. This full-time role emphasizes an authentic Montessori environment, collaboration with a supportive team, and ongoing family engagement.

Plan and implement the Montessori curriculum based on careful observation of each child's individual needs.

Foster independence, concentration, self-discipline, and a lifelong love of learning.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
Create individualized learning opportunities that support each child's unique developmental journey.
Establish and maintain positive, respectful classroom management practices.
Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication, conferences, and parent education.
Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while fostering a collaborative classroom culture.
Maintain Montessori materials and prepare new lessons as children progress.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and all health and safety regulations.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and continuous program improvement.
Serve as a positive role model who reflects the mission and values of Casa Dei Bambini Montessori.
