Moncler is seeking a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC) to join the HQ logistics team and ensure the consistent execution of warehouse operations.

You will analyze data, report KPIs, optimize processes, manage relationships with logistics partners, and handle customer orders for raw materials and finished goods. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or similar.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with a hands-on approach.
• Problem solving and focus on results.
• Good communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.

• Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses.

• Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required.
• Manage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management.

For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).

Your Impact

As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs
• Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs
• Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses
• Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products
