Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Retail Travel Intern to support the team with data analysis, merchandising, and store training. This full-time, six-month internship starts in November and offers hands-on experiences across Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning, with exposure to CRM insights for product performance.

You will work on weekly analyses, market trends, and collaboration with multiple teams to enhance sell-through and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Travel Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

In this role you will support the team in the following activities:

• Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize sales performance and improve sell-through
• Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses
• Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling, and strategic merchandising priorities
• Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams
