ALSTOM in Savigliano, Italy, seeks a motivated Sub-System Manager to drive cross-functional activities and deliver sub-systems on time and to quality, safety, and budget targets.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage interfaces with integration and project offices, and ensure alignment with contract commitments while maintaining governance and risk management throughout the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and achieving project QCDP targets.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Ability to coordinate multi-site and multi-functional teams to deliver sub-systems.

Mansioni

• Contribute to successful project execution for sub-system scope, meeting QCDP targets.
• Lead and coordinate sub-system activities from requirements to contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with other sub-systems and project teams to align interfaces and objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and report transparently to the Project Manager.
