Job summary

Ohme is seeking a driven Head of Mobility for Italy (Milan) to lead the growth of its mobility proposition in the Italian market. This senior, autonomous role requires deep sector expertise and a strong OEM-level network to build a pipeline from scratch and establish Ohme as a thought leader in mobility.

You will work closely with colleagues at our UK headquarters while acting as a market builder with independence to shape the proposition and the team needed for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Deep mobility sector expertise with an OEM network.
• Proven ability to develop market or channel sales strategies.
• Strong commercial experience selling through consultation and leveraging marketing levers.

Responsibilities

• Build the market by prospecting mobility partners across Italy.
• Establish Ohme as a thought leader in mobility within the territory.
• Develop a mobility proposition aligned with commercial needs and UK practices.
• Win new business through existing contacts and networks.
• Collaborate with UK HQ to support cross-market activities.
• Manage mobility accounts to meet contracted requirements.
• Assemble the team and resources to scale delivery.
