Hire Feed is seeking a Machine Learning Researcher on a full-time basis to advance machine learning models and algorithms for high-impact problems in a technology-driven environment.

You will design, implement, and evaluate novel AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production, analyze large datasets, and clearly communicate research findings to stakeholders. This role offers opportunities to publish and influence product direction.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Strong background in applied mathematics and statistics.
• Experience with NLP, CV, or related AI domains.
• Ability to design and run experiments to evaluate models.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and optimization.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for scalable training.
