Hermes Corporate in Prato, Italy, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that tackle real-world challenges. You will build and optimize pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, and collaborate across teams to deliver AI-powered applications in production.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years building AI/ML systems, strong Python skills with PyTorch/TensorFlow, and experience with transformers, MLOps, and cloud platforms. A master’s degree and VLMs experience are a plus.

We're looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to support us in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy AI models for complex business problems
• Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks
• Build and manage data pipelines for model training and inference
• Develop scalable model deployment strategies in production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applications
• Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency
• Stay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs, and model optimization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

• Industrial domain experience is a plus
