Magellan Health provides Personal Financial Counseling (PFC) at Vicenza military installations, delivering one-on-one counseling, group briefings, and resource referrals to service members and their families. The role includes developing spending plans for deployments and offering DoD-aligned financial education across Army and Navy communities.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of financial counseling experience, plus AFC/CFP/ChFC certifications.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English.
• If required, bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Be able to obtain a Tier 2 investigation.
• Must pass the OCI process.
• One of AFC, CFP, or ChFC certifications.

Mansioni

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families.
• Assist in establishing spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and provide informational financial materials and classes/workshops.
• Coordinate and publicize a variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Utilize virtual counseling and other electronic modes when authorized.
• Follow DoD protocol for duty to warn.
• Communicate with leadership and participate in supervision and training.
