Job summary

Grivel S.r.l. is seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain based in Milano, Italy. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Sales, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, and international suppliers to balance supply and demand and drive global planning.

The ideal candidate brings a university degree in a technical field, 10+ years in supply chain, and expert data analytics skills (Power BI, SQL, Python). Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field.
Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
10+ years in Supply Chain, preferably with consumer brands.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement industrial and commercial plans aligned with strategic goals.
Synchronize sales, production, and supply chain requirements with management.
Lead weekly S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure alignment.
Analyze sales, production and inventory data to identify performance improvements.
Generate reports on stock turnover, projection, and service levels; assess costs and margins.
Manage supplier relationships and identify risks and mitigation actions.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes to adapt to changing business needs.
