Luxury Living Group, opening the Ralph Lauren Home flagship store in Milan, seeks a motivated Sales Associate to provide exceptional service and drive sales. You will support the Sales Team, engage clients, and manage CRM with a focus on building long-term relationships in a luxury showroom environment.

Fluency in English and Italian, 2–3 years in luxury retail, and a strong product knowledge of furniture and home accessories are highly valued.

Competenze

• 2–3 years in high-end furniture or luxury goods preferred.
• Proven sales track record and strong commercial awareness.
• Experience working with private clients.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Support sales team by providing information and advise on acquisitions.
• Meet and greet customers; deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain CRM and client database; post-sale follow-up.
• Organize events and promotions to attract clients.
• Handle quotations, orders, payments and related documents accurately.
• Maintain store conditions and visual merchandising standards in an impeccable manner.
