Ralph Lauren Home seeks a Sales Associate for its Milan flagship store to deliver an outstanding luxury shopping experience. You will assist customers with information and acquisitions, supporting the Sales Team and reporting to the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in luxury furniture or interiors, a proven sales record, and fluency in English and Italian. The role offers full-time hours, attractive benefits, and commission opportunities in a premier brand environment.

Competenze

• 2-3 years' experience in high-end furniture or luxury goods
• Proven sales track record
• Experience working with private clients
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, textiles and interior decoration
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, Business or related field

• Meet and greet customers and provide outstanding hospitality
• Support sales team in providing information and advising on acquisitions
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect new clients
• Promote cross-selling and upselling aligned with Ralph Lauren Home aesthetic
• Process quotations, orders and payments accurately
