OGRC Ltd. in Milan seeks a Construction Engineer to support construction activities from the proposal phase through site mobilization. You will coordinate with Project Management, Proposal, Procurement and Project Control to define construction strategies meeting project requirements and company standards.

The role requires 8–10 years in EPC construction, preferably Oil & Gas or Energy, with proven home-office experience from bidding to mobilization. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of construction experience in EPC projects, energy sector preferred.
• Experience in home-office construction activities, from bidding to mobilization.
• Involvement in proposal/tendering phases: planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis, bid evaluation.

Mansioni

• Support bidding with construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Align subcontractor proposals during bidding and execution phases.
• Define and consolidate construction strategy per scope, budget and contracts.
• Review contractual docs to ensure practical construction approaches.
• Provide inputs for project schedules tied to milestones.
• Help define construction manhours by discipline and work class.
• Coordinate home-office construction activities for multiple projects until site mobilization.
• Promote and verify constructability plan implementation.
• Prepare and review key construction docs: procedures, specs, WRs, Site Mobilization Plans, Vendor Assistance Plans.
