Linklaters Italy is seeking an outstanding Italian law student in their final years to join its Milan-based Public Law team for a four-month internship starting October 2026.

The successful candidate will conduct legal research, assist in drafting memos and court documents, and support in document reviews, under the guidance of senior lawyers. Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in their final years of university (laureando/a) to join its Milan-based team for a four-month internship in the Public Law practice of the Milan office from October 2026.

Key Requirements

• Law degree (currently enrolled in the fifth year);
• Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams together with a motivation letter);
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency level in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
