Job summary

OTB Group in Milan leads the European Buying Team for the Diesel and OTB brands, seeking a Junior Buyer who will manage the seasonal buying process and ensure alignment with store clusters and company guidelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Allocation and Visual Merchandising, to drive optimized product assortments and in-season transfers while maintaining a strong fashion sense and market awareness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail buying or merchandising experience in fashion.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work on Seasonal Buying assortment & order entry in alignment with the buying management team.
• Manage weekly trade actions to support in-season sales results.
• Create new reports on product performance and analyze results.
• Collaborate with Allocation to manage in-season transfers/re-assignments.
• Build relationships with store managers to support store needs and requests.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising to ensure EU Seasonal Buy visuals and key investment pieces.
