TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is seeking an Embedded Software Developer C/C++ to join the SW and Analytics Lab Division for a major automotive client. You will work on embedded HMI software, shaping products with high safety and quality standards, and contribute to technical requirements and software architecture.

The ideal candidate has several years in automotive embedded software, strong problem solving, autonomy, and fluency in English and Italian.

TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is looking for an Embedded Software Developer C/C++ to join a major Automotive client within the SW and Analytics Lab Division.

The selected candidate will be involved in the development of embedded HMI software solutions at different levels, contributing to the creation of innovative products characterized by high quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in embedded automotive software development, a strong passion for technology and innovation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to actively contribute to the definition of technical requirements and software architecture. A good level of operational autonomy is also required

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define technical specifications;
• Develop embedded software using C and C++;
• Manage and complete assigned tasks while meeting project deadlines;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders;
• Support corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities for software applications;
• Contribute to the definition of technical solutions and development requirements.

Required Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of C/C++ programming languages;
• Experience in embedded environments, preferably within the Automotive sector;
• Familiarity with structured software development methodologies and validation processes;
• Good command of both English and Italian.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Hypervisor-based systems (e.g., QNX);
• Knowledge of HMI features (e.g., Infotainment, Instrument Cluster);
• Knowledge of Qt libraries.

Education

Technical diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications.

• Permanent employment contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €33,000 to €38,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications;
