TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, seeks an Embedded Software Developer with C/C++ (Python) to join its teams. You will develop high-performance embedded software, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to innovative products with strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in embedded software, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward defining requirements and improving processes.

TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for an Embedded Software Developer – C/C++ (Python) to join a major client operating in a technologically advanced and innovation-driven environment. The selected candidate will be involved in the development of high-performance embedded software solutions and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the delivery of innovative products characterized by high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in embedded software development, a strong passion for technology and innovation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ambition to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment. A proactive attitude towards contributing to technical requirements definition and the continuous improvement of development processes will be highly appreciated.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define technical specifications and software requirements;


• Develop embedded software using C and C++;


• Design and implement automation scripts and support tools using Python;


• Perform software integration, testing, debugging, and validation activities;


• Manage and complete assigned tasks in accordance with project timelines;


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders;


• Support corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities;


• Contribute to the definition of technical solutions and development requirements.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages;


• Good knowledge of Python;


• 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded software development;


• Familiarity with debugging tools and version control systems;


• Ability to develop reliable, efficient, and high-performance software solutions;


• Good command of English (professional proficiency) and Italian.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink;


• Experience in Automotive, industrial, or real-time systems environments;


• Familiarity with structured software development methodologies and validation processes;


• Interest in Automotive technologies and embedded systems.

Education:

• Technical High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

Strong teamwork skills and a problem-solving and analytical thinking attitude complete the profile.

• The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 36.000 € and EUR 38.000 € gross per year.


• The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement
