Generali is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Tech Lead to join its Global Digital Platform team within the GOSP Generali. The role requires leading a team, designing complex Power Platform architectures, and delivering scalable, compliant solutions across business units.

The ideal candidate has strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), certifications, and excellent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate; Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (nice to have).
• Excellent English (CEFR B2).
• Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical skills: JavaScript, C#, and SQL. RESTful APIs, OAuth 2, Power FX, Power Apps Model-Driven, Power Apps Canvas, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure AD.
• Optional: Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages.

Within Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Low Code factory in GOSP Generali, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other components of the Power Platform. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills and leadership abilities to manage complex projects and collaborate with various teams.

Global Digital Platform team is responsible to drive the execution of key digital projects at Group level. The main objective is to design, implement, maintain and continuously improve Group global assets aimed at accelerating Business Units digital transformation in line with Group strategic goals. One of the focus area of the Global Digital Platform is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Low Code factory whose aim is to design, implement and maintain robots and applications for the business unit /country in Generali Group.

Main tasks:

• Design, develop, and implement complex architectures and projects on Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions following Microsoft best practices, including designing user interfaces and databases
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in developing with complex projects on Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• MS Power Platform certification:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (nice to have)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)
• Experience in project management and leading technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical Skills: JavaScript, C#, and SQL. RESTful APIs, OAuth 2 authentication paradigm, Power FX, Power Apps Model-Driven, Power Apps Canvas, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure AD
