UST cerca un MES Coordinator esperto per supportare l'implementazione, il deployment e l'operatività continua dei sistemi MES nello stabilimento italiano. Sarai il punto di contatto tra operations, IT e i fornitori, coordinando le attività lungo l'intero ciclo di vita: dal delivery e readiness al go-live, ipercare e supporto in stato stabile.

Competenze

• Laurea in ingegneria, informatica o disciplina afferente.
• Esperienza nel supporto di implementazioni MES in ambienti regolamentati.
• Buona conoscenza di processi di produzione e delle operazioni di shopfloor.
• Capacità di coordinare team cross-funzionali, fornitori e partner di delivery.
• Conoscenza di integrazioni MES, gestione accessi, infrastrutture e supporto operativo.
• Capacità di tradurre requisiti di business in soluzioni MES e guidare miglioramenti.

Mansioni

• Gestire come coordinatore principale l'implementazione e il supporto MES in sito.
• Collaborare con Operations, IT, QA, MSAT, Validation, fornitori e team offshore per il successo del progetto.
• Gestire raccolta requisiti, test, training, go-live, ipercare e transizioni di supporto.
• Tracciare rischi, problemi, azioni e readiness a livello di sito.
• Assicurare l'allineamento di processi e requisiti locali nelle soluzioni MES.
• Gestire readiness del sito: infrastruttura, accessi, interfacce, dispositivi di shopfloor e connettività.
• Supportare la redazione e manutenzione di SOP, Istruzioni di lavoro e documentazione di supporto.
• Promuovere miglioramenti continui, change management e adozione delle best practice MES.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MES Coordinator to support the implementation, deployment, and ongoing operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Acting as the key link between site operations, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and implementation partners, you will coordinate MES activities across the full lifecycle—from project delivery and site readiness through go-live, hyper care, and steady-state support. This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing systems experience who can bridge business and technical teams while ensuring MES supports efficient and compliant shopfloor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary site coordinator for MES implementation and support activities.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation, IT, Global MES teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, testing, training, go-live activities, hypercare, and support transitions.
• Track and manage site-level risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and readiness activities.
• Support business process alignment and ensure local requirements are effectively incorporated into MES solutions.
• Coordinate site readiness, including infrastructure, user access, interfaces, shopfloor devices, printers, scanners, and connectivity.
• Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and ongoing operational support.
• Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and support documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement, change management, and adoption of MES best practices across the site.

Required Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting MES implementations or manufacturing IT projects within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shopfloor operations, and MES platforms.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical delivery partners.
• Knowledge of MES integrations, user access management, infrastructure, and operational support processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical MES solutions and drive process improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Rockwell MES (highly desirable).
• Exposure to Werum PAS-X, Siemens OpsCenter, or similar MES platforms.
• Understanding of MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, automation systems, barcode solutions, and manufacturing devices.
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance requirements.
