Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Milan is seeking an MEP Consultant to join our Technical Due Diligence team. You will combine engineering expertise with client-facing advisory to shape decisions on diverse real estate projects.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration, cost evaluation, and feasibility studies while supporting clients to maximise value and manage risks in development, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

• University degree in building services engineering or equivalent with several years in technical property management.
• Minimum of 3 years in MEP project management, planning, or technical property management.
• Ability to assess construction and refurbishment costs and perform condition assessments.
• Knowledge of standards and developments in MEP trades; able to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in purchase and sale reviews of existing properties and developments (MEP sub-area) as part of Technical Due Diligence.
• Perform condition assessments of heating, ventilation, sanitation, HVAC/R, elevator tech, electrical, BMS/BAS, and fire protection.
• Contribute to internal quality control and project monitoring of new and existing buildings.
• Develop feasibility studies within an interdisciplinary team.
