STMicroelectronics is seeking a Front End Product Technology and Manufacturing Quality specialist for MEMS to ensure quality of materials before Back End of Line. You will review non-conforming material and drive containment and preventive actions across FABs, with a focus on reducing non-quality events and improving wafer sort signatures.

The role requires a degree in engineering/physics/chemistry/materials science, up to 1 year of experience, teamwork, analytics, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or materials science.
• 1 year of working experience will be a plus.
• Teamwork, proactive approach, analytical skills.
• Fluent English

Mansioni

• Review and manage non-conforming material from manufacturing and/or testing stages.
• Review and manage diffusion FABs Non-Quality events via root cause analysis, risk assessment and containment/preventive actions.
• Challenge the FABs to address repetitive signatures at electrical wafer sort to ensure continuous improvement.
