STMicroelectronics in Cornaredo/Agrate Brianza cerca un laureato in ingegneria, fisica, chimica o scienza dei materiali per garantire la qualità dei materiali MEMS prima dell’uscita al Back End.

Contatterai materiale non conforme, parteciperai all’analisi delle cause, valutazione del rischio e definizione di azioni correttive e preventive, e sfiderai i FAB a migliorare signature elettriche durante lo swap.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale/laurea in ingegneria, fisica, chimica o scienze dei materiali.
• 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa è un plus.
• Capacità di lavoro di squadra, approccio proattivo, competenze analitiche.

Mansioni

• Gestire materiali non conformi provenienti da produzione e/o testing.
• Partecipare all’analisi delle cause, valutazione del rischio e definizione di azioni correttive/preventive per i materiali coinvolti.
• Sfiddare i FAB a lavorare su firme ripetitive al wafer electrical sort per migliorare l’approccio di miglioramento continuo.

YOUR ROLE

In the field of semiconductor industry, as part of Front End Product Technology and Manufacturing Quality for MEMS products, you will ensure the quality requirements fulfillment of manufactured material before sending it to Back End of Line.

• You will review and manage non-conforming material coming from manufacturing and/or testing stages.
• You will review and manage diffusion FABs Non-Quality events through participation to root cause analysis, risk assessment and containment/preventive actions definition and related involved material.
• You will challenge the FABs to work on repetitive signatures at electrical wafer sort to ensure a continuous improvement approach.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science;
• 1 year of working experience will be a plus;
• Teamwork, proactive approach, analytical skills
• Ability to work and interact with different teams inside ST
• Fluent English

The expected salary range for this position is € 33,000 – € 38,000 gross annual salary (RAL). In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
