STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a MEMS quality engineer to ensure material quality before forwarding to Back End of Line. You will review non-conforming material and oversee diffusion FABs Non-Quality events, driving root-cause analysis and containment actions.

You will collaborate with multiple ST teams to implement continuous improvement and reduce defects, while maintaining English-language communication across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science.
• 1 year of working experience will be a plus.
• Teamwork, proactive approach, analytical skills.
• Ability to work and interact with different teams inside ST.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Review and manage non-conforming material from manufacturing and testing stages.
• Review and manage diffusion FABs Non-Quality events with root cause analysis, risk assessment and containment actions.
• Challenge the FABs to work on repetitive signatures at electrical wafer sort for continuous improvement.
